The agreement between you and this academy when you use it.

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Review it with a professional before you launch, and replace anything that does not describe how you actually operate.
These terms apply whenever you use this academy — browsing, enrolling in a course, buying one, or posting in a discussion. By creating an account you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account is for one person; a team licence is the way to share courses with colleagues.
When you enrol in a course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to view its content. Unless a course page says otherwise, access does not expire. You may not download, redistribute, resell or publicly share course material, and you may not use it to build a competing course.
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and include any tax we are required to charge. If a course isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, provided you've completed less than a quarter of it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
A certificate records that you completed a course here. Each one carries a verification link; the certificate is yours to share, but it may not be altered, and it does not constitute an accredited qualification unless the course page says so.
What you post in a review or discussion stays yours, and you give us permission to show it on the site. Keep it honest and civil: no harassment, spam, or content you don't have the right to share. We may remove posts that break these rules.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, scrape content in bulk, or share your account. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.
We work to keep the academy available around the clock, but we can't promise it will never be down. We'll give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
Courses are provided for education. We don't guarantee a particular outcome from taking one, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the course in question. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to registered learners before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
