We want every learner to be glad they enrolled with Artificial Intelligence School. If a course is not right for you, this policy explains when you can get a refund and how. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights.
Courses: ask within [14] days of purchase and we will refund you in full, as long as you have completed less than [25%] of the course and have not downloaded its certificate. No questions asked — though we would love to hear what we could do better.
For courses that run on fixed dates with live sessions, you can get a full refund up to [7] days before the first session. After that, places cannot usually be refunded, but we can often move you to a later cohort — just ask.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel within [14] days of your first payment and have not used the membership substantially, we will refund that payment in full. Later renewals are not refunded part-way through a period.
If you are paying in instalments, a refund within the guarantee period covers what you have paid so far and cancels the remaining instalments. Outside it, you can stop future instalments by contacting us; access ends when the paid-for period does.

Courses whose certificate has been issued or downloaded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we have processed one, it usually appears within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider. Access to the refunded course ends when the refund is made.
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you additional rights — for example, a cancellation period for digital content, or a remedy if a course is not as described. This policy never reduces those rights.
